Before you choose

  • Included monthly development capacity does not roll over.
  • Unused capacity expires at the end of the billing month.
  • Infrastructure and third-party costs are billed separately.
  • Emergency or after-hours work is not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Major new functionality is estimated separately.
  • New integrations may require a separate scope.
  • Existing third-party applications may require a paid technical audit before being accepted into CHRD Studio Care.
  • CHRD Studio Care is available for products built by CHRD Studio or products reviewed and formally accepted by CHRD Studio.

    Use your client workspace to share the context, observed behaviour and what is blocking work.

  2. Clarify the scope

    CHRD Studio distinguishes support covered by the agreement, improvements within the planned capacity and work requiring a separate estimate.

  3. Follow what comes next

    Conversations and updates stay connected to the project. Priorities and approvals are discussed within the engagement.

Infrastructure and agent systems

Hosting, domains, third-party APIs, payment processing, messaging services, AI usage, storage, commerce platform fees and other infrastructure costs are billed separately unless explicitly included in the proposal.

Care engagements can also maintain the standards, private skills, MCP servers, permissions and quality checks that govern agent work.
