CHRD / STUDIO

You know where the project is going.

From the first conversation to launch, every phase reduces uncertainty and validates a decision.

Decisions before promises.

Users, journeys, data and integrations: we clarify these before setting the budget and timeline.

This process also applies to your internal tools and client portals.

  1. Understand the need

We examine the actual work, the users and the bottlenecks. You bring your goals, tools and constraints.

    What this step produces

    A shared priority problem.

  2. Define the first version

We clarify journeys, scope, integrations and acceptance criteria. Investment and timing are established on that basis.

    What this step produces

    A proposal and defined deliverables.

  3. Build and validate

You see progress through reviewable versions. Journeys, screens and error states are checked.

    What this step produces

A version tested against the agreed scope.

  4. Deliver and support

We prepare the launch, access and documentation. Support and evolution terms are clarified for the selected model.

    What this step produces

An organized launch and next steps.

Before building, understand the business.

Business & Product Scoping

We examine your operations, tools and constraints to define priorities, a first release and the investment to plan for.

SCOPED TO THE BUSINESS NEED

Decisions supported by scoping

  • Current operations and systems overview
  • Map of friction, duplicate work and constraints
  • Product opportunities and assumptions to validate
  • Priorities and a product or systems roadmap
  • Recommended scope and investment estimate

Scoping deliverables and pricing are defined in a separate proposal. Scoping supports a decision; it does not automatically commit you to development.

Identify the main constraint

What is slowing you down?

Choose the need closest to yours.

Manual Operations

Work is scattered across spreadsheets, email and paper.

Disconnected Systems

You enter the same data repeatedly and customers have to ask for updates.

Weak Digital Presence

Your website no longer reflects the quality of your business.

Slow Website or Application

Slow loading or a difficult mobile experience gets in the way.

Stalled Product

Your application is unfinished, unstable or difficult to improve.

New Product

You want to turn an idea into a usable product.

Discuss your project

Questions to resolve before we begin.

Do I need to know exactly what to build?

No. Describe the problem and what you want to improve. If the scope is still uncertain, a scoping phase may be proposed before development.

How is the budget established?

It depends on scope, integrations, content and constraints. The proposal separates creation work, third-party service costs and ongoing support.

What happens after launch?

It depends on the selected model. CHRD Care and CHRD Managed explain maintenance, support and evolution options.

Do you work with companies outside Canada?

Yes. CHRD is based in Montreal and welcomes projects from Canada, the United States, Europe and beyond. We work in English and French. Meeting hours, reviews and the project’s local requirements are agreed before work begins.
